  • The minimum stay is two days. During the period May through September, reservations for less than one week cannot be made more than one week in advance.
  • Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.
  • A deposit of ½ the total rental cost is required in order to book the reservation*. The balance is due no later than two weeks before your departure to Hilton Head Island. If cancellation is necessary, the deposit will be refunded if and when the unit is again rented for this time period. Payments can be made with cash, money orders or personal checks.
  • *A $100 handling fee will be charged for changing or canceling reservations.

Check-In is 1:00 P.M.
Check-Out is 11:00 A.M.

*unless other arrangements have been specifically made. If you fail to check out on time, you are responsible for any expenses that result from your failure to observe the stated check-out time.

  • You will need to provide your own towels, bed linens and paper products.
  • Fire code restricts occupancy to a maximum of 6 individuals per condo. No exceptions.
  • Bed pillows and blankets are furnished and may be found on the closet shelves.
  • A vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies are there so that you may clean before check-out time.
  • Motorcycles, recreational vehicles and trailers are prohibited from the parking lot.
  • Parking passes are limited to a maximum of 2 per condo.
  • No pets are allowed. A $500 fine is imposed by the property management group on owners and guests for any pet found on the premises by the Regime Management. An additional $100 fine will be payable to owners for not following this rule.
  • Bicycles are not allowed on balconies. A $50 per day fine is imposed on owners and guests by Regime Management when bicycles are stored on balconies.
  • If there is a mandatory evacuation, please bring all furniture in from the balconies and store inside the condo, turn power off, close blinds and securely lock all doors.
  • Smoking. Because of prior experiences with cigarette-related damage to carpet and furnishings and because some persons are very sensitive to smoke and may be the renters immediately following you, we ask that you smoke outside only.

BEFORE CHECKING OUT, PLEASE DO THE FOLLOWING:

  1. Thoroughly clean everything and leave in place for next guests.
  2. Do not rearrange furniture in the condo.
  3. Clean bathroom thoroughly.
  4. Vacuum entire condo.

A complete listing of policies will be provided upon payment of rent.
